Your orders will be Quality Controlled, Packed, and Dispatched within 3 working days from the time your payment is received and confirmed. Smaller or non-mixed orders are usually dispatched within one day. Orders may be delayed at certain times of the year due to Chinese holidays.

We ship to your door via DHL, UPS, or FedEx courier for quicker delivery. Orders to Canada are shipped FedEx or UPS.

After we send out your goods, we email you the courier tracking number within 1 working day.

Transit time to your delivery destination, including delivery by courier to your door, is normally only 5-10 working days.

Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.

It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.

If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.

Returns and Refunds

* All our products come with a 12 month warranty.
* This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item (most often completed), replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund. Expect the return process to take several weeks to complete due to international shipping delays.

All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.

You the importer are solely responsible for any goods when they pass through Customs in your destination country. You may order anything you like from The King Center and we will fulfill your order, but it remains totally your responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc apply in that country. The King center cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on Customs issues in any regard.
